We would like to inform you about the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), which was enacted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to determine the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data.
Within the scope of the law, personal data is defined as “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”; Processing refers to “obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying personal data by fully or partially automated or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system. or any kind of operation performed on the data, such as preventing its use.

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
It has the right to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems and (viii) to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
