The “Women Leaders to Shape Health” program, which started with 23 participants selected from among 50 applications, consists of 6 modules in total for the development of female leaders who have been working in the health and pharmaceutical industry for at least five years, and one-on-one coaching and mentoring support from senior executives in the health sector.

 

Mentors consisting of the General Manager and senior leaders in the health sector will be matched with the participating mentors by PWN Istanbul. Three interviews will take place in each match.

 

In the 7th Module of the program, which will be held under the title of “Mentoring”, the participants are given mentoring support.
